Chapter 7 = BioFire of Hunters

The massive purple fireball decended slowly upon the heads of the 21 students left alive. Lawrence was buried, his stomach a caved in mess, Pamela burnt black beyond recognition, and Ilham burnt to ashes. Who will be the next on Death's list? They could'nt run, the mines would detonate then, they could'nt jump and attack him, they would teleport to each other and kill you with purple fire. And finally, they can't just stand where they are, or the huge fireball would devastate all of them. But they had to choose.

'Oh? You're jumping are you? I thought you would've done better, but...' said Priest Tazona, but then he frowned. 'I didn't think you would do that, jumping not to attack me,'

The 21 students leaped to the trees, but they didn't attack the Tazona Brothers. A leak in the Priests thinking.

'But still, we are still hunters,' And with that, a huge glowing bow simply materialized in thier outstreched hands. They grinned sadistically drew the imaginary bowstring.

'Lemme' guess,' Russell said. 'Abyss Bow?'

'Shut up!' They yelled in unison. Bodies still conjoined. They let go of the shaft and a brilliant purple arrow flew out as fast as a bullet. It hit Nik in the shoulder. And the arrow then incinerated into purple flame, engulfing Nik in its fires. The others desperately tried to put out the fire. But Nik just shouted and flailed wildly, then he crashed to the ground from his branch. At which he stopped moving. In the still lifelessness of the dead. Then the mine exploded. Disintegrating his body.

'How the heck are we supposed to defeat someone like that?' Leon hissed. There were 20 of them left.

'We haven't told you this, but The Lord just asked us to tell you guys,' the strange but powerful Priest interjected. 'Because all of you have The Collective Intelligence and God Strength, when one of you dies, the last person to touch the one who died will recieve a portion of the dead persons God Strength.'

'Which means...' Leon's eyes widened. 'Some of us have two tenths of God Strength,'

'Correct, but still, no match for a Priest,' Priest Tazona grinned, then yelled.

'Abyss bow,'

The arrow flew again but this time missed its target. Jonathan. Everyone leaped out of the way the moment he yelled that lame Abyss Bow thing. Everyone couldn't jump to the ground, because it was peppered with Abyss Mines, they could'nt attack, the Priests would avoid thier attacks. So what could they do?

'Abyss bow!'

Everyone leaped away again. But this time, Roxanne leaped to a branch on the opposing side, quite a far leap. She barely made it, causing some leaves to fall to the ground. Then there was the bright purple flashes. The leaves were gone. Roxanne's eyes widened.

'Abyss bow!'

Roxanne leaped away, but again to the other opposing side, grabbing a thin branch on the way, she raked the leaves out and threw them about in midair. Then landed on the other side. More bright flashes.

Priest Tazona's eyes widened. 'The leaves! Of course! That idiot is using the leaves to disintegrate the mines!'

But it was too late. Everyone saw the loop hole. They were already scaling the ground toward Priest Tazona. Priest Tazona brothers could only do one arrow at a time. And there was about ten of them running toward him. And the other ten? Well, they were leaping above his head.

The ten above him yelled 'Drop Mountain!'

Their bodies suddenly dropped like lead, thier feet angling downward, they all crashed on the conjoined brothers. There was a huge pile of dust that was thrown into the air, the ground cracked and the noise of an explosion filled the forest. When again.

'You missed,'

Priest Tazona was standing conjoined directly beside the ten who just Drop Mountained him. 'Punch Mountain!' the ten who were running to him earlier yelled. Priest Tazona didn't expect the..

Bam.

All ten thrusted thier fist into Tazona's torso, he yelled, spat out blood, then flew all the way to the end and crashed into a tree. There was a yell, then the tree above them began falling down. One brother seperated from the other, but the second brother merely slumped down. Unconcious, or, dead. The first brother desperately shook him as the tree came crashing down. But to no avail.

There was a sickening crack, when the tree fell down directly on top of the second brothers head.

The first brother stared at his brothers body into his brother's white white eyes, then at the twenty looking at him. A bloody rage filled his eyes. 'You killed my brother,'

Russell stepped up, 'And we're going to kill you too,'

'You're forgetting, I have God Strength too, but I also have the BioFire of Hunters,' he hissed venomously. Then yelled.

'Abyss Mountain!'

The last Tazona brother leaped up to an impossible height, his left fist angling upward, aiming at the group of us. There was a desperation in his blood red eyes. Veins were popping up everywhere, in his neck, everywhere. His purple robes began to catch fire. Purple fire. His left fist incinerated in a dark purple fire that engulfed almost his entire arm.

'I'll avenge my brother!' He yelled. 'Even if it means killing myself!'

Then he swooped downward. The dark purple fireball on his arm grew larger. 'So he's doing a suicidal attack that can kill us all if it hits the ground?' Leon whispered. About everyone else was stunned and just stood there.

'If it hits the ground,'

In a flash, Leon leaped toward the sky. The Tazona's eyes widened for a while. And then the two of them crashed into each other in mid air. A massive purple explosion rocketed through the forest. Most of the trees directly below the explosion was thrown backward by the shockwave, trees were crashing and the forest caught a purple forest fire. Leon and Priest Tazona was nowhere to be found. Incinerated in an explosion that would destroy everything on the ground. Leon chose to be the target, to be the next person who died. To make the explosion happen in the air. To save everyone. Like how Lawrence saved him.
